advancement that provides us researchers with the opportunity to measure a multitude of markers at a previously unattainable level of detail. The development of complex flow panels has led to a significant expansion in data dimensionality. The integration of FlowJo plugins facilitates not only the effective preprocessing of data but also enables a deeper characterisation of sample populations.
